Blast cells can be found in the blood when myelofibrosis is progressing. So it depends if they found blast cells or just slightly immature cells. Blast cells are the most immature cell and are more serious. Slightly immature cells would be a normal finding in myelofibrosis. I'm glad you are feeling well.
