Hi all, hope you are all well. Just a note to say that I have not heard anything from anyone regarding isolation until yesterday when my heamtologist secretary rang to tell me not to go on the 20th for my blood test or 3 monthly appointment with the specialist nurse. I will get a telephone call instead. I told her that I had already organised a call instead as I had no intention of going to the hospital appointment and risk getting the virus. No letter from gp. I have spent 5 of the last 7 weeks in isolation firstly with flu like symptoms and then 2 weeks later I developed a cough which I am now just getting over after 3 weeks. Have I had the virus, who knows, hopefully yes. It would just have been reassuring to have been given some sort of official advice in advance on what to do to cope with these symptoms. Thankfully I am feeling a lot better now and getting back to walking outside again. Roll out the vaccine asap please.

Glad you are now feeling better. I'm sure after we are all back to 'normal'. The procedures will be looked at and improved. Hope your appointment goes well. Having fresh air certainly improves how we all cope with these times.
