Bone pain in PMF

Hi I have PMF and take 40mg Ruxilitinib which has been relatively good at getting rid of the side effects. Unfortunately for the last two weeks I have been experiencing bone pain in my arms and it’s slowly getting worse.Has anyone else experienced this problem and did you have a solution

No bone pain particularly. Sometimes just don’t feel good all over but can’t say it’s exactly bone pain. Was thinking at one time before being diagnosed I thought it might be fibermyology 🥴 (how every it’s spelled!!). Especially with the tiredness.

I can relate to the tiredness and lots of just feeling fatigued but that’s probably the anaemia.

Thank you for your reply Maz. I am due to see my consultant on 2nd April but of course that may all change imminently. I’m not sure what is happening with the clinics. I will email my contact nurse and hopefully things will be clearer

Hello Skye333,

I had this. In my case, it was some microcirculation problems. I tried the Bemer method which worked for me.

This is my experience. I am happier with this. I laude three year to know but it is a perfect resource for me.
