The advice posted mentions to keep taking our meds if we get the virus Is this still ok to do if we have a high temperature with the virus? Thankyou so much for all the advice and hard work you do keeping us all informed . Keep well

A high temperature is a sign that your body is fighting an infection which is a good thing. I doubt that stopping your meds would have any immediate impact on your bodies defences, positive or negative.
I would keep taking your meds as the last thing you want is to have an MPN related problem that makes you ill and needing to go to hospital.
Thankyou so much for your reply I will carry on with hydroxy etc as your right in that an mpn problem is not a good thing to have as well Thankyou for all your input on the forum
Getting off, reducing or increasing our meds. should only be done under doctor’s supervision and when so, slowly (ie. in cases of changing meds or adjustment).
Just keep taking good care of your health through healthy diet, lots of good tea, fresh air, supplements, smiling, etc. 🙂 anag
