In a sentence just above Conclusion, it says that some treatments may delay progression of MF to PMF.. Isn't the same? (MF with PMF) It sounds like MF can progress to PMF. Sorry but i may be very wrong cause my English is not perfect!

I suspect the B is missing. It should be bpmf (blast phase mf)
