Another day in paradise

Been in hospital for 3 days. Had my 3 month check up with consultant 3 weeks ago hadn't felt well temperature spiking, flu like symptoms. Was given antibiotics which helped. But last week struggled again with temperature. Monday phoned helpline was admitted into hospital, their still unsure why my temperature keeps spiking, on iv antibiotics certainly feeling a lot better. Got to have a scan this afternoon fasting for 6 hrs.

Are they checking your gamma globulin levels to see if your immune system is compromised?

Discharged from hospital this morning. Blood results fine, no raised inflammatory markers. I've had a cough for a week, had an xray all clear, they've put me on Lansoprazole. Scan was fine. Told to monitor my temperature if it reaches 37.5 contact helpline
