Hi everyone just wanted to share I bumped up my protein and added exercise and in 2 1/2 weeks lost 5 1/2lbs. Took charge and my 3 low numbers came up and the high one came down. Dr was pleased go back in 3 mths but still in remission thanks for all the support

That’s great news! What kind of exercising are you doing? What is your diagnosis?

I have PV and started walking up and down the 3 stories of steps 90 in all and do it 3 times and just added more chicken fish and vegetables

Well done, i'm doing similar, added more protein,fish, chicken and fruit & veg plus started regular exercise.lost 8lb in 6weeks. Atb,tina.🤗

Well done! Interesting -I had just decided to eat more protein, I dont need the weight loss, but thought it might help things.
