Resetting passwords

This is the third time I have been asked to reset my password and would like to. Know why. I did not ask to reset it but have now done so. This has caused enormous stress because I can see no reason for this. I am at present suffering from a very nasty bug and do not need this. Could someone please explain. Thank you. Mary

Sorry you are having this problem Mary, I'm afraid I can't help you. I just bumble along with my limited IT skills. Maybe it's just a glitch.

I hope you feel better soon, it's difficult to avoid all the colds that are around at present.

Regards Sandy
