Anyone on Letrozole experience ache along pelvic area?

I've been on Letrozole for about 2 months now and after first week haven't had side effects apart from ache in upper back. I am having dull ache in my pelvic area and wonder if this is also a side effect from Letrozole which Imwas prescribed following Lumpectomy for breast cancer.

I have been on letrozole for 6 years and I get pains in all my joints one in my right pelvic area which occasionally feels like it goes out of joint for a split second I've also been on arimidex and exemerstane which were far far worse

Thanks for your reply. I do get bad pain in my left hip when in bed. This is the hip which was replaced 15 years ago. I am taking Prednisolone for Polymyalgia so hoping this might help with side effects of Letrozole. The ache in pelvic area is internal. Just wondering! Hope you go on alright. 6 years is a long time. You have to stay on them now for 10 years. It has been hard as been in such a lot of pain since 2010. it has completely changed my life as I can't get about without my car I call it my legs. I have thought many times shall I stop taking them but it's not knowing the alternative. I've tried all three tablets and found this the best of the three but I still call it poison
