Well worth watching, makes some reassuring points.

I don’t quite believe the 10% chance of progression claim, I was last told 15% chance every 15 years. However, as the video says, all data is historic and treatments have advanced more in last 5 years than previous 20 years.

The video has some very reassuring points - and I think, realistic ones. The doctor mentions that a lot of the past prognosis data was based on therapies that aren’t in use any more, and the new therapies’ effects are yet to show up, so prognoses are likely to get even better than they are now.
