Thought for our daily water intake

Afternoon folks, my daughter has purchased one of these sets of bottles I had something similar, but this makes drinking water so much more fun, it has two 1ltr bottles and makes drinking water a bit better knowing just how much you have consumed through the day and what time you should drink, and when to refill, so I have now purchased. You can get ones that you can put slices of fruit in to flavour the water 💦 good or what, just though I would share.

Yes I have one, certainly encourages you to drink as it has times on the side, I put a slice of lemon in the centre, most sports shops sell them or something similar.

I've got hydratemate. They are amazing and now do the food pots. Ordered one to help me eat and drink healthy while on the go or at work. 😁
