Lab results changed

Hello everyone,

I’m new here, but I’ve been reading some of your stories and I applaud all of you for being brave, and compassionate.. I’ve been diagnosed with ET( jack2 neg.) for 8 years. low risk and only on baby aspirin. my platelets goes up an and down, from 700 to 880.. I just had my monthly labs this morning, and it showed that my wbc and lymphocytes were high, and my platelets were all of a sudden normal. can someone tell me why?? waiting for my Hemo. to call me... I’m in California.

ya I’ve been fighting this cough for 2 weeks. I know its because of that , that’s why my wbc is high but, not sure why my usually high platelet counts all of a sudden now perfect.
