Cramps and Vibro Plate

Does anyone else use one of these as a massage aid. Really flows the blood through the legs and relaxes muscles before bed. Someone posted that cramps worse by dead RBC’s and this would shift them! Just rest the calf on platform......

However I have not used mine for last few months because dawned on me that vibration may not be good idea re our over productive bone marrow. I’ve asked all the Consultants I’ve met and no one has a view - none seem to know much about vibro plates.

Has anyone else out there had success in finding this out?

I have one also but a bit scared to use it to be honest. I am Diabetic and bought on recommendation an expensive Revitive foot massager / circulation booster that gives off electrical pulses like a tens machine and really panicked as I ended up with massive bruises on lower legs. Now it sits unused. I believe there is a foot massager that you actually put your feet into and it massages. Wish I had done more research and bought that instead. A lot cheaper also. It would be interesting to hear if anyone has tried that one.

It would be great if everyone here suffering cramps asked their Consultant on their next visit whether any risk from using a vibroplate at lowest massage setting. Then we pool their collective wisdom.
