London Forum?

Hi everyone

I'm new to this so apologies if it's obvious..... I've heard that the forums are really excellent but don't know how to find out information, dates etc I'd be really grateful for a quick response from someone. Thanks Hilary

Hi Hilarya,

The London forum date has not been announced yet. Always in November. Maz will put a post on here or it will be on the MPN Voice site. Well worth going I'm hoping to get there again this year but having to travel up from Devon so it means a 2 night stay as its all day.

Hi Hilary

I am sure you will enjoy the forum. I went to my first, last year in Manchester, about 6 months after my diagnosis and found it very informative and sociable. It was so good to meet other people to whom I could relate as having a rare disease can feel a bit isolating. This forum is wonderful.

Hi Hilary, I am in the process of arranging forums around the UK at the moment, I shall be announcing some next week, I always put details on our website, mpnvoice.org.uk/get-involve..., and I also send out an email to everyone and a postal letter, and I also put details on this forum and on our Facebook page, so you won't be able to miss the details as and when they are available. With regards to the patient day that Judy is referring to, we hold these all day events every other year in London, we have haematology specialists from around the world giving talks, as well as patients, we will be having one this year, details will be announced soon.

Once I have put the details of forums or the patient day on the website people can then book to attend.
