Sounds like a lady who's on the ball, , though I can be a sceptic as Im basically lazy when it comes to what I eat. I haven't managed to watch too much of it yet but I get where you're coming from. . Always good to see something 'alternative', or a bit 'out there' especially when it comes to dealing with the Big 'C'. . Better be open to change rather than burying ones head. Thanks for posting. JR
Check out some of her other stuff, she's a great encourager though, terminal cancer that can't be operated on and still with us 12 years later!
I try as best as I can but it is not easy, but I guess with Kris is literally was life or death.

Well you can't argue with her results or her resolve. After my SCT I will have to make critical lifestyle changes which I know isn't going to be easy but I have to keep an open mind about it. . Cheers JR
Nothing is easy, especially the things that are good for us! Good luck with the SCT and look forward to hearing from you. I can't wait to retrain in Nutrition as another string to my bow!
And very good luck to you Surreygirl , like your inspirational speaker there I reckon you're tuned in and Im sure you will make a success of your nutrional training and anything else you choose to do. . Cheers JR
Thank you! Keep us all posted on your progress.
I will when I am able as I feel I am going to need a wee kick up the bahookie along the way. . Take Care. JR
Great link. I've subscribed to her channel. Haven't got through all this clip yet but will keep watching.
She does have some great advice and I also find her story so inspiring.
