My little cherubs!
That's absolutely priceless Aime it's bought a smile to my face too.

I was so inspired by Lizzie’s picture of her cute and beautiful granddaughter which made me smile, I thought my cherubs could maybe bring a smile to others.xx If it hadn’t been for the Covid restrictions, I wouldn’t have delivered the chicken to my daughters house after their bedtime and at arms length! Then the surprise on the faces wouldn’t have been captured in the same way.
Kindest regards Aimexx😻😻
But that's what makes it so special is the fact even in these difficult and trying time you can still make them smile.

I know, like everyone else we are missing them and they are missing us. We’ve had some tears at FaceTime but doing our best to keep them happy and help my daughter too as she is on her own for 3 weeks with the boys as her hubby works offshore.
Kindest regards Aime xx😻😻
I'm lucky I have my 3 children here with me, I have been keeping in contact with my mum who I'm missing , we have been sending photos regularly of what they have been getting upto just to keep her smiling too.

Today I made an Easter cake (which has ended up sticking to tin),then breaking into pieces so it’s stuck together as a pudding! What a disaster but covered in icing and decorated, for the kids it’s fine. I used a packet mix as I have run out of self raising flour, so not sure if I did something silly but it tastes good! My daughter says the kids will still love it!
Kind regards Aime xx😻🤪😹😹
That’s lovely Aime, you’re very clever and the boys look delighted with it.
I so miss the grandchildren’s hugs, and anyone’s hugs really. I realised today that I’ve had no physical contact with anyone for over 3 weeks now. I also got my 12 week shielding letter on Saturday so that’s me in for the duration. I’m going to count the 3 weeks I’ve already done. 😊. Happy Easter Amie,
Stay safe,
Judy xx
Hi Judy, glad you're well and yes it's hard not seeing the family, particularly the grandkids but we are all well and that's the main thing.
I'm just trying to keep busy so my brain stays active! Keep well and safe. E hugs to you, Aime xx😻😻😻😻
Delightful little faces, looking very impressed with Gran’s creative cake. 🐣👩🍳🐥
What a lovely pic ❤️
That is lovely Aime.
Our youngest daughter arranged for a zoom session yesterday so we were able to see all the family, I was so excited. Our daughters live in Maidstone and Reigate respectively, both 40miles away. My sister has 3 sons. At present 1 lives in Seattle, one in Houston and the youngest one in Sydney - this lockdown made me totally understand what she goes through in normal times.
We will get through this. Take care all.
Thanks so much for sharing. They’re adorable. First Easter without our 2 youngest grandkids so it’s a treat to see yours. Don’t know if you can use Zoom but it’s easier than FaceTime & lets you play games more easily with younger kids. Katie
Aah, they look so happy! Thank goodness for the Internet!
Lovely to see their happy faces and the wonderful Easter chick! So delightful having something made by hand with love!
I still remember some of the birthday cakes mum made for my birthday from when I was very young indeed, such happy memories can stay for many years!
Lovely picture and cake! I'm no baker - in fact I used to threaten my kids I would bake if they didn't behave when they were young! Fab expressions on their faces. X
They are adorable! Your Easter chick is hilarious. Thanks for bringing some cheer to us all.
