cook book ideas

Any suggestions on cooks books. with meals that help with MPDs or foods to avoid

I don't know about a book or recipes especially for MPDs but Anna Jones 'A Modern Way to Eat' is great. It is vegetarian and full of everything that is good for you.

We are not a vegetarian household but we eat from this a couple of times a week.

Eating well can only help!

Best book ever is doctor Robert young ...the PH miracle. .i read that it has changed my life ..I feel and look ten years younger and healthier ...xxxx

I bought 'Eat Right for your Type (blood type). And 'The Genotype Diet'. Both by Dr Peter J D'Adamo. The principle is to eat the foods which turn on the good genes and turn off the bad ones. I just need will power now to follow the diet!
