I loved reading your blog this morning. After being unwell during the winter I have started week 1 of a C210K app. To think this time last year I had done my first marathon and run most of the way (took a migraine at mile 11!). I remember sniffing that it too my 2hr30 to finish it but actually I now appreciate the fact I was able to do it at all. Well done you. Hope you got a good rub down!
