I have just attended the hospital an after 2 years my blood counts are starting to raise why?

I have just attended the hospital an after 2 years my blood counts are starting to raise again and I would like to know;

1) is this a sign that my PVR is getting worse?

2 ) is my body gust counteracting the chemo Tablets ?

I'm am a little puzzled

My counts waver and the doc always asks if I have had an infection, which is one of the reasons they rise.
