Hi guys, just to let you know I will be off the forum for a short while as I get my shoulder op tomorrow. At least the bloods are behaving - at the moment. Hope you all keep as well as possible and will speak to everyone soon and hopefully meet a lot of you in November in London. Kind regards Aime xx

Thank you nicki2 - op went well, finding it hard to recover from the fatigue side of things which is surprising as hct behaving at .42. Still a bit sore when driving but doing physio in the water at the hydrotherapy pool and although it annoys my skin with itching, it helps my shoulder! Going for op number 2 on 9 December (thumb this time) so will see what recovery time is for that. Take care Aime
