Hello everyone....stress maybe ...but its been 2 months... its not a sustained pain...its about 3 seconds long... started on top above my scalp, then same side in my temple, then back of head...now other side ...had blood work done , CT, eko, heart monitor... trace reguriation...nothing serious...oh ....IVE NEVER HAD HEADACHES...44 MALE MIXED RACES ...HELP !!!

That sounds like a facial nerve problem - you could see a neurologist or try a good cranial osteopath to see what they recommend. Or try a dentist/maxfax specialist. Doesn't sound like any kind of migraine...

It sounds like something called an icepick pain. It really hurts, even though it doesn't last long. I get them occasionally, when I need to relax properly, not just for ten minutes.

It sounds like idiopathic stabbing headache. Indomethacin will help but that has bad side effects.I have got used to it and now it does not bother me so much
