Does anyone else have a pounding in their head without pain

I was diagnosed with silent migraine 10 years ago. Symptoms have always been dizziness and nausea. This pounding is driving me nuts, and I’m wondering if it is a new migraine symptom. I also feel foggy and can’t find my words.
