Regular migraine with aura.

I have been experiencing migraine with aura for 20 years but recently these have had more of these than before. 2 or 3 in a week. Any ideas?

I think itdepends on what triggers your migraines. At the moment life is stressful for almost everyone, so it might be just that. The Migraine Trust have a helpline if you feel you want to discuss this. "Information service telephone line is open Tuesday and Thursday 10am – 4pm on 0203 9510 150 (option 1)." or you might just want to browse the website.

Thank you Chrissie. I sent a response to you but don't know if you received it. I'm getting on a bit so without my children around am not very good at using these websites.

I am worried about an increased incidence of migraine with visual aura and am wondering whether anybody else has experience of this.
