Migraine aura ?

So my neurologist has asked me to keep a diary to see if my pins and needles and burning sensations in my arms and legs are anything to do with headaches ? Anyone have any similar symptoms ?

Yes, and they seem to be connected to a B12 deficiency and an old neck injury. I also have migraine though, and every odd symptom tends to be put down to that by doctors, to the point where I had severe shooting pain in my face attributed to migraine - it was actually an infected wisdom tooth.

like Frodo my first thought was could B12 or folate deficiency be involved.

there is a significant overlap with folate deficiency but the difference between the two would be that B12 develops slowly over time and folate tends to start very quickly.

I started having those symptoms when I was taking topamax and propranolol. I've stopped taking both drugs and my feet and legs tingle, burn and ache. I don't have a neurologist so I have no idea what is going on.
