Good Morning

I have just joined this group, as recently diagnosed with vestibular migraine. I also suffer with tinnitus in one ear. This is all very new to me as I don't get blinding headaches as I did as a child, they are what I call strange head sensations with tension pockets and full ears. What has started to worry me though is the tingling pins and needles sensation which I get all over my body from head to toes! As you can tell by the time, this effects my sleep!! Is this part of the migraine?

I have been on Propranolol now for 3 months, but haven't noticed much of a change. I also have a noise generating hearing aid for the tinnitus and been advised to meditate. Is all this normal for this condition?
