Hi there. So my head has been hurting non stop now for 3 months or more. No medication I have tried has actually helped. They started but after a week of taking them they stopped working. The doctors say it’s just my jaw because of my braces but I don’t clench. Also, when I stretch in the morning my head will feel like exploding. Then sometimes, my head feels like throwing up. No one I’ve talked to other than a friend who had a concussion understands what I mean. No I don’t feel nauseous but my head feels like throwing up. Sometimes I’ll also have tingling. I get extremely confused and disoriented easily. Could someone try to maybe explain what’s going on? Even sharing similar experience would me helpful. Thanks in advance!

Just curious have you had an MRI? What about preventative medications? One last question, How much water do you drink during the day?
Hope we can help you
Nope I haven’t had an MRI. I do not take any medication at the moment and I keep a water bottle with me at all times and refill it once or twice a day.
I would try to see a "headace specialist" , ask for an MRI then try some preventive medication.
Please look at worldmigrainesummitt.com it has changed my life.
Best of luck!
In addition to previous questions, can I ask you if you have seen a doctor? Are you taking painkillers? What are they?
I have. They say it’s my jaw apparently but I do not clench so idk if that’s correct. I have stopped taking any painkillers.
Is there a reason why you stopped taking painkillers? Don't they work? You have to get a second opinion from a headache specialist. They will try different treatments until a useful thing is found. Don't give up, something must be found to ease the pain.
