I am in tears of joy writing this message as I am sitting here migraine free since the last post which consisted of me DESPERATELY asking for help.
I never thought that being mindful about my health and nutrition would forever change my life and bring me the "cure" I was waiting for for almost FOUR years.
I am happy, I am free, I am in control.
I learned a lot from a woman's health nutritionist over the last year and went all in. I spent a lot of money for her help and advice but I am willing to share what I have learned and apply it to anyone who is suffering out there.
Please, you do not have to give up. Let's listen to your body and hear what it's needing.

Is this an advert? I have read the link but it's not clear, what is your daily diet, break it down into meals for us? The Migraine Miracle and other books suggest no/very little carbs but you say otherwise. Perhaps hormonal migraines are different? What is your electrolyte elixir? It would be good if you put more details here as I'm sure many would read, it's an open forum read my hundreds of people daily. If they don't respond, it's probably because they are sceptical.....we too have tried it all!
The reason why I didn’t post all of the details is because I wanted people individually to reach out to me so that I could make them a plan.
I won’t post what I eat & how much I eat in a day because this won’t help everyone.
No no no. This is where it all goes wrong for woman. Maybe men can try a NO carb or LOW carb diet. But we as woman NEED carbs. I can’t stress that enough... this is why we crave carbs & have “food cravings” before our periods or while experiencing PMS.
Our body needs carbs to function.
Try incorporating a carb & every meal & see where that takes you.
