Different sensations

With migraines, do you guys ever feel the sensation of “cool fluid” rushing from your head down your back? Also, different heat sensations in your head?

I do get different sensations of heat and pressure in my head, yes. The only time I've had the sensation of 'cool fluid' though, was following a visit to an osteopath after my upper back had seized up, and he worked on my spine which relieved the pain.

I do feel as if my neck & upper back is very tensed. If I poked that area really hard, I’m sure it’ll be tender to me.
