I got it done 2 months ago and my migraines have decreased. I still get them but instead of 20 a month I am down to 10.

I also suffered from 3 or 4 day migraines which doctors look at you in disbelief.

I have been suffering from migraines for over 45 years, first as period migraines as a teenager then when ever. I don't get aura I do get sore teeth nose goes very cold and unable to turn head have to turn whole body.

I take Amitriptyline 2x50mg at night and if I don't catch start of migraine I take Zolmitriptan 5mg and go to bed as seems to be the only way to get ant relief.

Hi Aileen I have suffered migraine for 50 years and only got relief from Sumatriptan. I'm wondering whether to have the darth piercing, how much does it cost and how long does it last ?

I got it done for £10 don't know how long it will last , but the way I see it some relief is better than none. what I will say is I had went for a cover up tattoo and decided to get it, it was quite painful and bled quite a bit but was told can take up to 6 months to fully heal

Thank you for getting back to me, not sure about it, if it stopped 90% I would definitely try it, but it sounds painful and a long time to heal, I've tried pretty much all of the preventive tablets, I'm on amytriptyline too, there will probably be a cure when I'm 6 foot under!

Most of the time I can stop it getting too severe with sumatriptan, thanks anyway
