Thursday blues

Hey everybody.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Woke up this morning feeling groggy and with sore eyes. Gradually over the course of this morning my head had started to hurt and I've just started having an aura so I know I've got a migraine coming :(

I noticed one change though - I had some chocolate last night and since then I've not felt right. I've got a few friends who can't eat Galaxy chocolate because it sets their migraines off but I've never had any issue with it. Until now.

Does anybody else have migraines after eating chocolate?

Yip, I don't eat chocolate or cheese or drink citrus juices.

Hope you catch it before it wipes you out 😣
