Scriptures and coffee, and avoid getting dehydrated. I finally figured out after YEARS that dehydration triggers my migraines. But I know we're all different. I listen to recorded QUIET Scriptures when I'm hurting, that is an amazing thing to do. You're not alone in the pain!

p.s. I had to give up coffee (all caffeine) in order for it to work as a cure for migraines. Really hard to do but so worth it in my case!
