I’ll try anything

I have been dealing with vestibular migraines since suffering a head injury in 1991. In 2013, my symptoms worsened and I have basically had a constant, often debilitating headaches since then. Tried everything and am now scheduled for a nerve block. Anyone else try this? Did it work?

I've had three nerve blocks none of them worked but they didn't make me any worse either. Im considering asking for another one anyway bc im pregnant and cant have anything else and im having lits of migraines and am getting sufficiently desparate!

Have you tried propranolol and diazepam together? It really helped me. It's worth a go. Nerve blocks never helped me but we're all different so hard to tell if they will work for you or not. Good luck and keep us all posted

Gentle hugs 🤗

Thank you. I have an appointment with my doctor Monday so will ask them. I have low blood pressure so typically BP meds make my dizziness worse. I will keep you posted. Thanks again!!

Don't worry about low blood pressure. Mine is also always on the low side. Your go will usually prescribe you with the slow release capsule of propranolol. You could also see a myotherapist if you have one in your area. They really know how to heal the body rather than just mask the symptoms.

Very best of luck
