Need suggestions...

Hi! I have chronic migraines and take Fiurecet almost daily and limited to 2 Imitrex weekly. Also have Botox injections every 12 weeks, but still not getting any relief. Any suggestions?

I clench my jaw quite a bit, particularly during the night.

Check out symptoms of TMJD , the migraines you get don't react to migraine treatments, horrific!!

Botox into yourTMJ works 👍 your dentist can confirm if you have it. Lots of treatments for it 👍.

I've tried everything except Gammacore, nothing eases or helps control my migraines. Only now they're treating my jaw i feel I've got a fraction of my life back.

If they confirm TMJD let me know 👍

Hi there

It might be worth asking to try one of the new neuro modulation devices such as Transcranial Magnetic System (TMS)? You would need to ask your neurologist for this. It is approved for use on the NHS, but NHS funding can be tricky.

Check the Gammacore device too, you can ask to go on the 3 month trial. It has helped me but after the the trial, if it works for you, you need to hope the NHS will fund it
