I have just started the above trial its a Placebo trial which i have started through the NHS. The trial involves no medication (which I hate) its a wee device I use on my neck three times per day.Just started it last week but so far so good will keep you posted to see how I get on with it

So glad it seems to be going well for you. I tried it for two months, and it brought my number of headache days down a little bit and I used slightly fewer triptans. I went to a Migraine Action conference and they said it takes 6 months to significantly reduce number of headache days. Hope it works for you. Ali

I was part of the clinical trial for Gammacore 18 months ago at the Royal Free Hospital. It did not abort any attacks for me but we found that if I used it twice a day as a prophylactic it significantly reduced the frequency of the attacks (from about ten to two per week) and the strength of my attacks were much less severe. This lasted for about three months after the trial finished and I have been waiting to see if NICE will approve it so I can get another!! I do hope you have success and eagerly await the results,
