Can a batch of botox be inactive for migraines?

My last dose in September cut my migraines by 50 percent. This dose from December has done nothing. Can the Botox be bad or it injected wrong.

I've been having botox for a long time for chronic pain & migraine. Mostly it's effective but not on every occasion. I think you have to look at the bigger picture and consider if there might be other things going on in your life or with your health that might be triggering your migraines again that weren't a problem before.

My doctor has also played around with finding the best injection sites to suit me, and it took a few treatments before we got there.
