Position. Of my

Neck stopping flow of oxygen or blood or trapping a nerve seems if I lie directly on back with head faced upwards there not do bad. Problem being I have back problems and can't lie on back all night so twist head too side and body too side. Anyone explanation?

I was told by someone that I should sleep in fetal position and cross my arms over my chest, it was difficult to sleep like that for a while, but it worked, try it.
