Has anyone tried 5htp for migraine prevention?

No, not for migraine prevention. I tried it for other things and it was condraindicated with some of my prescribed medication and it made me quite ill. Even natural remedies need to be used with caution.

hi ive tried this for my migraine it did seem to stop the symptoms for a while but then things went down hill and was violently sick dont know if it was a mixture of other meds im taking just be careful

i was also taking propranolol and triptans you just be careful and seek medical advice
