Do you have the attachment at the top of you head or at your mouth?

I started with it at the top, I am trying at the mouth.

At the mouth. It’s a full mask. Maybe had on too tight but the first night was looser and wasn’t sealed enough

Yes, maybe you can find a happy medium. I will be trying a F10 mask, not full mask but the tub is coming from the front.

They also said it would take a while to get things working. I am still having headaces..

I also by the way hate it!!

Hoping I can have the energy to change things.so I can get rid of it.

Thanks for responding.. sounds like we are in thr same boat.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and given a CPAP machine. I could not use it, as I have chronic migraine with alloydnia. I felt my head was going to burst and it was too painful on my face. I was with my dentist and she has referred me to a doctor that treats apnea with mouth devices. I am waiting to get an appointment with him as she feels he could help me.I sleep very badly due to the migraine pain. Hopes this is of help to you. I live in Ireland. 195fifi

Thanks for the message. I started for a dental device and had a bad experience with it. It was way.. way to tight on my teeth. Then it ended up wearing the enamel off my teeth.

So I am now on to a CPAP with I hate. But I am trying an F10 mask which comes in front of my face not on top..

Could you make the mask mote loose? That helped, but I am still getting migraines.

Best to you

I asked my sister as my brother in law is using a cpap for 5 years. She said it must be as tight as possible on your face. He had a heart transplant 6 years ago and his migraines got so much worse. He is very limited to what medications he can try as the cardiac team have to approve it.Like myself he is waiting to try Vyepti. He is in bed nearly all the time as he is in so much pain. He has stage 4 kidney failure, so cannot try the GEPANTS. Hope this helps. I will let you know if a get a mouth device to wear. It will cost 2000 Euro and then visits to see the specialists. They have several different devices, so maybe it will help sleep apnea. He is a man in his sixties and he also lectures. Both my nephews had their wisdom teeth removed by him and my niece when she was living here had a problem with her jaw. That is going back many years She is now married with a little boy and has just started a new job as group director of midwifery in Lincolnshire for NHS. UK. Hope you get some pain relief soon, 195fifi
