Hello. I drink organic chamomile tea. It seems to help a bit. At least, even if it doesn't help, I just think that this way, my body has plenty of fluid to go around during the night, so gets less dehydrated and lower risk of migraines. I try not to drink it too late so that I don't need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Seems to help the tummy as well. Calms things down.
