My husband has a migraine with vomiting every time we go out for the day. Has anyone else experienced this? What can I do about it?

I get migraines when on the day when I am due to go out somewhere nice which I may have been looking forward to for sometime ...as to what causes this I don't know but I am getting really fed up with it as I daren't plan anything too much. I recently invited family and friends for a birthday meal for my partner and on the day I couldn't do anything as I was in bed with a migraine and had D & V. Not good ..... but I feel I have no control of this and I am not consciously stressing ???

It's not just stress that causes them, it can also be when you relax. I had an (overworking) friend who used to get a migraine every weekend.
