Hello friend, I am glad to know that you are interested in spirituality. If you belong to any religion or cultural practice, you can start watching some videos related to that on the internet. I found it was easier to start with something we already know a little bit about than beginning with something entirely new. As I have already mentioned in some of my previous posts, this is one of the ways I am still finding mental peace. Hope this helps.

Yes thank you. I will try that as well. I’m glad you are finding mental peace through this. In what ways are you finding it helpful?

I use the stories as inspiration; it's kind of like the joy we experience after watching a film.

Discuss with your local Priest. Have you determined Religion etc. ?Have you been baptised, confirmed ?? Christianity .
