No idea, but ask doctor on this one. Hope you get better and can control it.

Hi, when I'm having a really bad episode with anxiety i get involuntary twitches in my hands and arms, usually when I am just trying to sit quiet or watch t.v. it does affect my legs sometimes if I am trying to sleep. This is for me the worst physical symptom of anxiety. I take propranolol which helps but if I have needed to take the max dose through the day night times can be quite stressful which just exacerbates my anxiety and it's a vicious circle.
