You need to get used to the medication for about five weeks. Personally I would not purchase this medication private, you need to discuss medications with your GP.
Ten days is not long enough, generally a waste of time and money in your case.
When it comes down to this type of medication your Doctor will possibly consider how you present your Depression and choose a drug on that information
