Anti-depressants
Mirtazapine 15mg
If the dr prescribes to sleep. Take it when you sleep may cause a bit of drowsiness. Here's is a link that describes the medication with details
Expect some major tiredness when you first take it. Maybe about a week to adjust.
15mg dose is normally taken at night, as it's considered to help people sleep. Higher doses don't necessarily do that, and so you can maybe take at a different time of day.
Food cravings and weight gain are not unheard of. Not as bad for sexual function as SSRIs.
I have seen people say they need 45mg for it to work, but also seen someone say that "less is more" with mirtazapine and it's the lower dose that works better.
When I first used Mitrazapine 15mg they did help with my sleep. You have to give them about 4 weeks + to really get into your system. I hope you feel better using them.
