Contact the GP Surgery, they may know of any organisations you can try. You can also approach the Council, CAB, and various charities or organisations.

Some people try Night Classes, expanding their interests and meeting people. All of above can help expanding life choices

Have u ever tried escitalopram?

I’ve tried ven but side effects were a nightmare.

When I try to come off meds I feel good for a while then I crash and burn.

Do u drink or use recreational drugs On Meds?

I have tried a few diff meds but escitalopram works best for me.

I’ve been on venlaxine before which worked for me, had side effects when I came off of them but if they suit me again will stick on them.

I don’t drink or take Rec drugs.

Haven’t heard of your meds.

Escitalopram is a SSRI the same family as Venlaxine.

Side effects during tapering can be a nightmare!

Like I said I had side effects whilst taking venlaxine but we are all different.

Stick with what works for you and try to have the minimal dosage that stops your problems.

At what age did u start using medication?
