Well there's lots of stuff on here that may help. We don't know what you've already tried so here are some ideas; lifestyle management, diet , exercise, problem solving, socialising, mindfulness, yoga, reading, cbt, mood gym, psychotherapy and lastly drugs.

Depression will cause you to have negative ideas about most things, but try and see past the "stinking thinking" of depression to identify some of these options that you can work on.

Now which ones will you do?

Hi Mohara

I understand that you feel angry, depressed & worthless!

What sort of help & support are you looking for? Everyone here is supportive & friendly, but you have told us very little about yourself! You're obviously having problems with depression & are looking for some form of guidance or support as to what may be of some support?!?

There are a number of treatments, talking & physical therapies & support members on the site have tried & received & found helpful! But different treatments work for different people!

Have you been to your GP and asked what therapies that may be on offer at their surgery, or locally that they or you can refer yourself to?

It can really depend on what you are looking for & what you want or would be prepared to try! Give us a little bit more information about yourself & we will try as best as we can to help or support you!
