I don't think so.. I know after 32 years of this misery things will never get better. I see no point to this hell. Im convinced something bad is going to happen.. 45 years old and my life is in ruins...

Things can only get better?.
If you feel you need to change, only you can make that progression.
If you are considering the final solution all I can say is not to bother.
You say at forty five years old your life is in ruins, what has caused that and what sort of support do you feel you need, we are here to help and give you some support, although your GP will be your first destination.
There are ways of changing your life, although many a difficult and sensitive so you will need to gain support in talking treatments and talking to your GP.
Talking will bring out ways forward and put your negative feelings in some form of perspective. Try talking with your GP and hopefully he will arrange further treatment.
You know where we are

I must admit there is very much information missing to give solid advice. I am only picking up bits and pieces. If I could ask a couple of questions for clearification, please. What is the number one thing that makes you unhappy in life? What solutions have you tried so far to cure depression? Do you have stable shelter, good food, good sleep, and moderate exercise? Do you love yourself strengths, faults, appearance, and personality in all? What exact thoughts make you believe life is in ruins? Have you smile or laughed today? If so when, where, and why?
Hello Daviski
How are you felling this morning?.
Do you feeling any better?.
