Hi Angel I'm really sorry that

You are feeling so down. Maybe someone here will come on , who lives

Near you.

It's times like this that you need someone to talk to . Yesterday I too spoke to no one except check out girl in shop. So I am not much better. Well I too

Live alone and I can hardly start talking to myself.lol

Angel keep on the site and then you will get a bit of support.

Hugs

Hi Angel,

I'm sorry you at so down at the moment. You have had such a roller coaster with health worries over the last few months, you must be exhausted ( but relieved at same time) . I saw on another post some info about Serotone 5 htp. I have this from 'higher nature' as I was advised this is better quality than other brands. I don't take anti depressants (never say never, I'm just scared of them) and am going to try this natural remedy. I'm sorry that you are feeling alone and missing your mum so much.

I'm at the other end of the country down in Surrey or else I'd meet up for a cup of tea and bit of cake. I'd have to bring my puppy though as well and he loves some earl grey and a digestive biscuit.

Sarah your Puppy and I would get on great , if you ever cross the sea to Ireland.

Hope your doing ok.

Thanks Hannah, just got back from walking the puppy. He had to settle for a tiny bit of banana bread rather than a digestive and I am going to have the cup of earl grey.

I've been better but never give up and never surrender!

Hope you are okay

Hugs back
