i have been takng 20mg of carb for 4 weeks had a blood test levels still rasing now the doc wants me to take 30mg a day confused so confused

I am sorry I do not know what carb is - not carbohydrate? I am not surprised you are confused if levels are raising and you have to take more - why not speak to the GP tomorrow?

Are you talking about Carbemazepine? If so they could have target levels they want to reach and although your levels are still rising they may still be nowhere near the target level.
