Hi Everyone, Hope you are all ok. I have been a bit low this week but its good to know you are all here. I went to the gp the other day just to ask for some help. She just offered more medication but I told her I didnt want to change that, ive been on 10mg of citalopram for about 12 months and it seems fine, I asked if I could see a counsellor so I have made an appoitment to see someone. Only problem is I have to wait one month! Things might change by then, but thats life.

Took a very positive step. We are here for you and don't forget that.

Hi David!!

Was just saying to Hannah I was wondering how you are! Good to hear from you, and I'm glad you went to your GP for help..

I know, it's frustrating they make you wait so long before you can get an appointment, I know they're overworked,

but it could be the difference between life and death in some cases..

At least you took action and you got a result, try and stay strong in the meantime and you know there's

always people here for you!!
